Anything that makes your ability to actually play the game less relevant is boring, player skill should be just as important as every item and that one has nothing to do with the player.Polylute is part of the Survivors of the Void DLC. Thanks for the people who had constructive criticism, I just really think the dagger does way to much work for what you have to do to get it to go on a murder spree. It's much harder than Monsoon which is perfect. I haven't tried the 5th difficulty yet but Diluvian difficulty has been so good. I also have a mod that adds 2 more difficulties above Monsoon which has been super fun. ![]() ![]() But I found one that lets you straight up blacklist items and it's everything I could possibly want. So to anyone who cares, someone suggested looking at mods and hoyl ♥♥♥♥ snacks there are a lot of them. I just chuck and Artificer orb in there and everything explodes from gas or wisp nonsense. I usually use black hole though so it doesn't deal damage. I played with command and at about 10 fuel cells you can kinda just spam anything forever lol. Even a single Fuel Cell has about as much power as a Red item, and the fix is likely for it to be moved to Red. Originally posted by Terotrous:I think the most busted item is actually the fuel cell, almost all broken combinations involve stacking a bunch of them so you can use a use item (likely the royal capicitor) like it's a main ability. The automatic snowball of the dagger is crazy. But the clover doesn't instantly kill anything, it still requires you to pull the trigger. EVERY time I get a dagger the run turns into a joke. But I don't spend more than 10 or so minutes per stage typically cause I just want to push loops for fun. I was playing sacrifice though simply cause I prefer that method of getting items. I was on monsoon, I wasn't playing command. Dagger is good legendary, but not as OP as you describing, because it's only effective at full potential in late game or if you got stacks of shaped glasses from early maps (and this is maybe one of other reasons why you creating such rant), otherwise it's mediocre legendary for a vanilla run and not so powerful if to compare with real OP items like clover or tesla. It is also a sign for you that it is time to finish the run by going to obliteration at monolith or fighting one of two bosses. If it was like that, then you was at 100-150~ minute mark where everything dying from one glance, you played on Drizzle and had pretty insane snowball effect or used command for OP item combo or sacrifice for exploit.
